A landing  scag is imperative for safety. In competition we seem to be 
landing downwind alot especially at the nats or bigger contest where the 
winches arent moved during the course of the contest. For those not attending 
the larger events , the landing areas are crowded and a pilot is sometimes 
limited to where he can do his final approach. ( Lets think about the 
Polywing wobble now!). Bob Johnsons proposal would look alot more complete to 
vote for with this landing scag addition. It,s not too late for someone to 
draft this up to be included in the proposal and voted on by the district
