I got a Stork for Christmas.

I've heard a few tips like "be respectful
at launch" and "eats a lot of air" and "smooth"
"Don't speed dive it like an F3B".

I'm wondering if anyone can clarify these statements,
share any stories, flying tips or give me explicit
information about flying it effectively.

I've grown accustomed to tossing a Bird of Prey
from hillsides in light wind and hunting for thermals,
or light sloping at the coast (San Gregorio Beach).
I've never winched anything yet, because I've never
seen it done and I'm nervous about experimenting with
the used winch I got.

Anything I should know before hand throwing the Stork
from hillsides of the San Fransisco Bay Area?

Thanks,
Paul
