No - that calculation would give the wingspan for 8 deg on each side (if 59.525 is the span with no dihedral).  The correct calculation is 2 x (59.525 / 2) x cos4deg, or just
59.525 x cos 4deg = 59.38 (draw a diagram!).  Good Lift
