Due to the extreme heat we suffer, it’s
imperative we keep our radio systems covered as the heat will play havoc with
the radio equipment. Sometimes we use fabric, or a simple shade. For serious
temperatures though we need to cover the entire fuselage so the control rods
don’t expand. This is a typical example of how we keep the control
system cool in the blazing heat.
