It's a play on words - JEEZ I hate explaiining things.
You see I know this. You know this. EVERYBODY with a 5th grade education and 
and average IQ knows this. 
Except for the killing part. That's semantics. Dianne Fosse would disagree with 
you. So do I.
Obviously you've never witnessed an animal murdered. It's murder nontheless. 
Just not legally.

A "murder" is only correct when describing a murder of crows. All other fowl 
are correctly described as "flocks." Perhaps you have forgotten but only people 
can be murdered. Animals can only be killed.
