I got the glass eagles for $8 and the ceramic ones for $9 at Wal-Mart. Made
some walnut blocks and mounted the ceramic eagles with silicone. Mounted the
glass ones to the plaques.
I asked for donations of old plaques from people who had boxes of them. Took
off the faces or just covered them up with new info printed on wood veneer or
aluminum sheet.
You can also print color pictures and mount them to the old plaques.
