When they say a 2.8 GHz Pentium, they probably mean a stock P4.  MHz
for MHz, even not looking at the other CPU available, a Core Duo 2 is
a lot faster than a stock P4.  I'm guessing that your laptop would be
fine.

But to be sure, contact their technical support ...

Probably a bigger issue would be to make sure that the graphics card
is up to snuff.
