Sheldon's Hobbies (http://mysheldonshobbies.com/ ) had a stack of
them in the back room that they didn't advertise. Any time that we
wanted one we e-mailed them and they'd dig one out for us. I don't
know if they have them anymore but it might be worth giving them a
call or and e-mail.
