I would like to publicly thank the SOAR club for putting on the "Fred" this past weekend. Ron, Karl, the Crosby's, and all the other members did a fantastic job running the contest and providing for the pilots every need. From organization to scoring to equipment everything was run great. Not to mention lunch provided both days including ice cream on Sunday! If you've never made it to a SOAR Chicago contest make sure to put it on your calendar you won't be disappointed.
