You guys are working at this too hard...... Use 1/4" spring steel rods to make the bow arms. Without the wire strung they point outwards at a 15 degree angle. After stringing Stainless Steel fishing leader (0.022 in), they will bend inward to give a proper amount of tension. Easy.
