Yes, there are dedicated dischargers on the market, or you can make your own high tech one from an Astro Whattmeter and a load, say a car light bulb :-)! If you use more than five cells, use two bulbs in series, and so on! The whattmeter will tell you exactly how big capacity your pack has, never that stamped on the pack, of course, as battery manufacture is an inexact science!
