Dave, Sorry to hear your problem persists. I have attached a previous post to the exchange which suggested that new Zagi's were being supplied with a different unit altogether. If there is a substitute available I'm not sure why they would send you the same old thing, unless they want to get rid of existing stock. Maybe someone from Trick RC can reply to the exchange to clear things up. P.S. I still have not sent my speed controller in yet. It is to much fun flying the Zagi even with the cut out issue. I have a Zagi 400 that came with an Aveox speed control. It would cut out intermittently during flight or bench testing. Trick RC swapped it out for another. The new one does the same thing. I don't believe it is a radio problem as a borrowed jeti controller works just fine. I have the glider version Futaba Super 7 on channel 18. I'm using a Hitec 8 channel receiver. Could it be a compatibility problem or just bad luck getting two defective controllers? Oh yeah, thanks to Trick RC for agreeing to swap out the second one. I really enjoy flying this model. Hi Bill, I'm guessing you have the FMA 20 ESC in your Zagi. I have three of them now that are intermittent, and I won't buy anymore of them. Trick now ships the JEDI round speed 400 ESC and it seems to do a much better job. Bill Grenoble
