Didnt get to fly the new Zagi mothersday weekend as planned, am hoping to
get out tomorrow, wind permitting, to the dreaded(right Paul??) Coyote Hills
to slope it tomorrow after practicing spots w/the Mantis. Went out hand
launching it this evening into a little breeze, and you know what- this
thing is a real kick in the pants!!!
Never flew a foamie before but can already see a person can have a blast
w/them.
I found for flat field launching putting two fingers behind trailing edge
between elevons
and thumb forward of cg, you can launch hard and very steep, of course in
wind/slope dont think this will work too well. I won this thing at the
Davenport ISR and was disappointed as I was really hoping to win the
Millennium. But you know, I am not so disappointed now as I can see the fun
factor w/ this little wing is way up there- cant wait to fly it on the
slope. See you all later, Walter
