Typically, you want to only add enough reflex to remove the airfoil's
natural camber. This is only 1 to 2 percent on most slope foils. There are
some foils, such as the RG15, which many feel don't benefit from reflexing
at all. So, try a 1/16 of an inch, but examine the results closely before
you become a believer.

Cambering will typically slow the plane and increase lift. Though it's
difficult to know if you've really made much improvement it often will
somewhat. Again use a small amount. Again, I'd guess only a 1/16".
