[RCSE] tow hooks

Does anyone know of a source in the USA for the tow hooks that show 
up on some Euro planes.  They attach with a screw in the front and 
back, on a flat plate.  Hook itself is flat and close to fuse.  Easy 
to put on and easy to move.
