Jim,
Clear your cache and try it.  It is fine once the stuff is saved on your computer, but 
it is the slowest site I ever access if the images are not saved.  I pinged it and it 
is not the connection or his ISP.  I then analyzed his first page.
Each one of his tabs is 11,000 bytes and should be 1500
His simple gifs are all uncompressed and are 14k minimum each.
All Sal has to do is compress each gif and
re-save and post and it will fix the problem
