Joel Well said buddy. About time someone put a stop to all this carping on the net. I get a feeling that if Sal was as much of a bastard as some would have us believe, he would not be taking this sort of thing constantly but would have either shut down or sued for libel before now. I've never met the guy but whenever I've dealt with him by phone from the UK he has been friendly, professional and has delivered my order when he said he would, what more can one ask. I'm not paying the guy to be smarmy and falsely friendly like some game show host, I just want the product that he advertises when he says he will deliver and in good condition, something that over the last few years he has managed admirably.
