Thanks to all who replied to my question.  It's apparent that Kinko's is
the place to get these prints.  For black and white prints they charge
less than 20c apeice.  Other printers and copy shops in my area charge
something called a rip charge that varied between $5 and $15 for
four prints plus the 20c for each.
    Things change.  Last year I went to the local copy shop
and they looked puzzled when I asked about printing .pdf files.  The
same shop now wants to charge me a $15 rip fee.
