[RCSE] Trouble need help

A friend of mine has signed up on the soaring exchange.  He reports that
when he sends messages to the group that it takes as much as two days before
his mail appears on the list.

I seem to recall hearing about this before from others but do not recall
what the solution is.

What is it?
