The one important thing I forgot...use servo savers! These are a bit bulky and intended for cars, but compared to digging a servo out of the wing to replace the gears, they're not so bad. I trim down the output arms to just one hole and that helps a bit. They will compress a bit at high speed, over 150mph, but at that speed a bit of reduced travel doesn't seem so bad compared with the confidence they impart. Have fun!
