Dave   The mounts you refer to were made by Soarcraft--615 N, Farr Rd, Spokane, Wa 99206  Ph  509-926-8107.   I dont know if they are still in business.    Jim

Subject: [RCSE] Servo mounts

I have a Shadow Plus I got second hand that has some servo mounts that I'm trying to find.

There is a square, thin 2" x 2" panel of basswood that forms the servo well cover.  The panel sits down inside a small wood frame glued flush with the wing surface. The panel is held in place inside this frame by 4 small screws, 1 in each corner.  The servo is attached to the inside of this panel by double sided tape.  The edge of the panel is notched so the servo arm can protrude through.

Its a clean and simple mounting method.  I can probably make them myself but I'd rather buy them.

Anyone have any idea where they can be had?  ...or does anyone have any other mounting methods or know of any mounts for wing servos?

TIA
Dave
