I assume you are referring to the optional mylar tips for the Logic HLG.
They are supposed to improve its light lift performance. Perhaps! Neither
I nor Phil Barns (The maker of the Logic kits - not the logic designer) use
them, but for opposite reasons. He does not need the help. My skill is
helpless. :~} If you set the logic up as designed, I am sure the tips (and
the dimple tape - no chad jokes please) will help. But if the tips are not
'true', they won't. Regis
