I ordered this antenna a year ago for my Stylus. I have not run into any
problems with range, etc. I like the idea that it doesn't require any
special adapters to work on the transmitter. I also find it easier to deal
with than with the telescoping antenna.

BTW, I am using the antenna on a Stylus transmitter that is set up for 50
MHz (50.3 MHz). It will work for both 72 MHz and ham freqs transmitters.

Subject: [RCSE] R/C Power Duck

I am still considering replacing my standard antenna on my Stylus with a
Power Duck. There is one that is made specifically for this Tx and requires
no adapter. It runs $20 plus $3.50 shipping.

Now, I have had one negative response on this subject saying that the range
on this antenna is not as good as the standard and if I am going to by fling
high and wide I should not change it.

I'd like some more opinions/facts on this. I have no real requirement to
change this other than the smaller antenna is easier to deal with.

Thanks,
Dave
