Yes, there is also a switch that will turn this mix on or off. Not sure
right now if you can set a percentage.

But even when the mix is engaged, the ailerons won't move with the flaps
when you toggle the flight mode/speed flap trim switch.

Normal flap operation seems to be a flap knob on the left side. When
ailerons are slaved to the flaps, the flap knob will move the entire TE up
or down. Unfortunately it's kind of hard to tell where in the range of the
flap knob you are as it doesn't let you know when the knob is centered. No
beep or click that you could feel.
