[RCSE] Nostalgia Legality Question (again)

Nostalgia question to the group.  If for the sake of argument, one was to 
build a Legionair and replace the "stock" spoilers with Multiplex blade 
spoilers with servos in the wings would this modification make the 
Legionair nostalgia illegal?
