LOL, that's what I call a radical approach. I think it's intended to do away with 
gyros by
reducing the rolling action produced by DLing? Presumably it reduces the lift created 
by
the outside wing during the spinning motion by not having as great a distance covered 
in
one rotation? How effective is it? The drag must be higher on the lower A/R wing.
