OK, here's my question for the day. I have a Futaba 9ZAW. I have it installed in a scale ASW-27 that has flaps (2 servos), ailerons (2 servos), and spoilers (2 servos - Y'd together).
Flaps work off the left slider. BUT, ALL the flap movement occurs between the slider all the way up and the mid-point where it beeps. Anyone know how to get a less compressed movement. The last 1/2 of the slider motion does nothing. Also, any idea how to set up the flaps on a three-position switch?? I tried assigning the flaps to a 3-position switch, but could not get what I wanted. This is No flap at pos 1, 1/2 flap at pos 2 and full flap at pos 3. Of course the manual is useless. Futaba REALLY needs to rewrite it using actual terminology.
