I'll second that.  One should run about 15 to 16 dollars (with connector
and shipping) via mail order.  Make sure you get JR connector (or plug
compatible - Futaba is not 'plug' compatible) whether you buy from local
Hobby shop or mail order.    Regis

Usually the batteries have their contacts soldered or welded together
with
steel strips, making it hard to rearange their shape without
resoldering.
I would suggest buying a new pack.  You can never have too many
batteries
anyway. :)
