Hi guys,

I know there are lots of different ways to lay-up a wing, but what is
your preferred method.
What is a typical lay-up for one of the light weight modern moldies.
At present the things that I would like to know are:

Which core material?
Cloths for layup, bias, weights
Spar construction
Finish technique. ie. The initial lay-up process. eg. paint - gelcoat -
carbon, paint - light glass - carbon

Pics of a layup in progress would be great.
Our Club is in the progress of making some moulded 3m models. The first
two wings out are bullet proof but a bit too heavy at 1350 gm and 1500gm
for a 3m carbon wing.

Be as detailed as you like.

Thanks mates
