This reminds me of a Calvin & Hobbes strip.  In it, Calvin asks his dad how
they know the load limit of a bridge.  His dad replies that they keep
driving bigger and bigger trucks over it until the bridge collapses, then
they rebuild the bridge just like it was.

I hope you never find the REAL limit of a Hera wing.
