Merry Christmas and a happy and joyous New Year to all. I know there are experts on the exchange who can answer virtually any question concerning R/C radios. Here's one I haven't seen asked before.
I have a Vision radio. With it I have a "Y" harness which allows one channel to control two servos but I have never seen a "Y" harness that can be connected to two channels so as to control one servo. What would be the effects of such a set up? Would anything in the receiver or servo be damaged if such connections were made? Would such a set up work? If so how effectively? Why I ask is that I have a flying wing which has flaps and ailerons but no control designed for the rudder. I want the flaps to act as elevators on the right stick (up/down movement) and flaps or spoilers . I also want the left stick (up / down movement) to employ "crow". The wing has 4 servos in it now one for each aileron and one for each flap. I'm experimenting with different set ups but in the mean time I thought I'd ask the exchange for advice knowing you people have the answers.
