Chris,

Forget the plaster mold stuff.  Don't even go there.  If you are going to
put the effort in do a fiberlagss mold.  If you are looking at cost, do it
in polyester, if you want alot of fuses do it in epoxy.  But the plaster
stuff is to much work, to fragile, hard to lay up and alot more.

I have made alot of cheap molds and plug, and the plater plug I did was so
much of a problems that I willnever do it again.
