I had to send my Infinity 2 charger to Aveox for
repair.  Some of the buttons wouldn't work all the time
and the fan ran constantly (it program controlled and
didn't used to always stay on).  I talked to Lisa in
their service department called me today and informed
me that she received the charger, and the charges
actually go to Germany for repair.  Aveox replaces the
chargers for the customer with either a referbished
unit or a new on.  Lisa informed me that they had just
sold their last new charger yesterday and a new
shipment wasn't due in from Germany until next week.
Fortunately, the order came in today with a shipment of
brand new chargers.  So I'm getting a new charger to
replace the defective one.

I appreciate Aveox calling me back and keeping me
abreast of what the story was with my charger.  Even
though she didn't have a remedy until late today, she
did let me know what was going on and approximately how
long to expect my charger in return.  Thanks for the
great customer service Aveox!  gv
