I was looking through the April 2002 issue of Quiet & Electric Flight International and noticed on page 26 that the German company Blue Airlines is producing a a CNC kit and an ARC (Almost Ready to Cover) Paragon, which they refer to on their website as the Paragon Classic. Is any firm (Hobby Lobby, perhaps?) in the US going to import the ARC version?
