I had a very interesting experience with a mailorder vendor recently
and wanted to share...

Dymond Modelsports makes/imports a servo called the D-60 that is very
small, thin(.33",) and has good torque(24oz at 4.8v.) I put these in
a couple of DLGs and in the wingtips of my 6 servo Fusion. The
Fusion had a problem with one during a contest that made me go to a
backup ship and upon further inspection, I found that the servo had
travelled beyond it's mechanical stop somehow. I emailed Helmut at
Dymond and he asked that I ship it back to him for inspection. I
told him that I would gladly pay for repairs, since I felt that the
servo was electrically okay, but just needed a new case/output shaft
that had been damaged. Yesterday I received a new or very well
repaired servo in the mail with no bill.

Responsive customer service and a decent product... what is this
world coming to? Now I use their $29 Micro Peak charger to top off
all my NiMH Rx and Tx packs too... neat little charger!

http://www.rc-dymond.com is their site... mostly electric stuff.
