Good point. I tend to use an aliphatic adhesive called "Super Phatic" that has a really low viscosity and is almost as mobile as CA. I've never had a problem getting the adhesive into a joint. Perhaps with the really thick yellow adhesives that might be an issue. In that case, I'd just use the Yellow glue and save the CA for something else.
