You just had $30 removed from your pocket.   AMA now is only offering 50% dues instead of 100% for your work as a CD.  This was a unanimous vote by the council.  Check last council minutes on AMA web page.   Problem here is you probably put sanctions in early this year thinking you would be earning dues for 2003.   This sounds like a breach of contract to me.   If they want to do this it should apply to 2004.  This is like contracting for a certain wage and when the job is done reduce wage by 50%.   If you care, send email to your council member.  Email addresses are on AMA web page.   Cal Posthuma AMA CD
