I've built several Mosquitos to this spec. Don't worry about the 50 not 
being able to take both ailerons. It's fine.

As for plans, take a look at the Bug at rcmmagazine. It's a 75cm span 
dihedral V-tail. No ailerons, but it wouldn't be too terribly hard to make 
them.

You may also want to consider the Colibri. I have an aileron version (3 
servos total) that I really dig. It has a design flaw or two, but it's a 
beauty nonetheless. You could put HS50s in the wings and use something 
relatively cheap for the elevator, like an HS-55. I use MX-50s and they're 
a little big in the wings. 

I've scratchbuilt a couple. Let me know if you want to talk about design 
at that scale.
