You apply for membership and get your Level I voucher. When you complete
your Level I voucher you send it in. It's cecked to make sure all tasks were
completed. Then you get your Level II voucher back in the mail. And so on.
That's how it works. If you've lost your level II voucher then I'd contact
the LSF.

If you could just go on the site and request a voucher I'll start out by
requesting a Level V right away. Why waste time with those first four levels
anyway!
