Hypothetically speaking, suppose I^H someone accidently hooked up the battery in my^H^H an 8103 backwards and let the magic smoke out. Suppose the diode got burnt and needed to be replaced. What is the spec for the diode on the power board?
There isn't a diode, but there is a fuse. It's under the RF module. Pull it out and read the markings stamped on it.
Hopefully nothing else is damaged.
