It comes ina 5 oz black can that looks like the 777 sparay can but smaller and has a big 3M and Adhesive Remover Citrus Base The 3M part number is 62-4667-2925--834-7012-9080-0 I just tried it directly on some scrap foam and yes it does eat it, so directly on foam is a no no.
