Ya, but pulling them off the Organic and Graphite was such a pain that I always left them mounted. I still have the Organic, I never take off the V. The only V that really broke down nicely that I own is the Cobra. (But I don't fly it much anymore)
My D-box Graphite(e-version) has the pockets in the stab for servos. So the stab has only electrical connector but not the mechanical linkages.
My whole Graphite can fit in a Pelican box (52" x 15"x 5"). The electric version, the fuselage is in two halves. When the electric nose come off, there is nothing in front of the wing.
