I always called, so I don't know how they deal with email. There is a whole distribution network. I was going to be a distributor, but I didn't get enough interest. My min order is 24 cans of any one type. It is a couple dollars less than the 3M products. If people are interested, I need some advance orders in order to take the chance and get it. I was buying it by the case for some museum work I was doing, but am not currently using that much.
