 I hate to be the cheep one here but......
$ 400.00  carrier OUTRAGIOUS!!!!
why not pick up a piece of 20" Low Head PVE  pipe and two 20" end caps then
throw in two  Thredded "U" Bolts w/ nuts & washers your done I bet that's
under $50.00 bucks.
Just my two cents....
