Winds from 15-25mph were in order for Day 2 of the Cincinnati Soaring Society 2004 Memorial. Pilots were packing as much ballast as they could get in. I even heard that one Icon was up to about 105 oz. In all, a dry, cicada free weekend was had by all at the VOA Park facility, just north of Cincinnati.
