The instructions are vague, at least to me. IMHO, Barry should just state where the center of the shaft (as if I were drilling a hole) should be.
They are talking about the back side of the part that screws in the fuse. NOT the very back end of the horizontal part of the hook. Guess now I know. ;) CG right where the instructions state is also a good start.
