I wasn't aware that the batteries as delivered were really not fully charged at the Nats. I'll see if I can get that handled by Interstate but in place of that maybe I can arrange for the batteries to be fully charged by the facilities personel before distribution.   Thanks for the heads up on this issue, Darrell.   Regards, Dave Corven
