I cannot launch worth a crap. This is why I fly molded airplanes of enormous
strength. 

So my technique is to stand on the pedal until the plane is virtually ripped
from my hands (hence no worries about "throwing" technique), and let it go
zooming nearly vertical until I go deep into the bucket and pull like a
mother, all the while concentrating on rounding off just as I lose all the
energy from the zoom.

No technique, pure brute force. God Bless Carbon Fiber and Kevlar!!!!!!!
