Here in South Africa some clubs have a handicapped league which works like follows: Open fly 10 min. max and get bonus for landing in 3m circle RES type fly 8 min Max and 5m circle 2m fly 6 min Max and 5m circle. All the scores is then normalised to a 1000 points. It works well and is a lot of fun and many more pilots have joined the competition over the past 2 years and have improved their flying skills.
