It is 6:44 pm and I have not heard from west MI, TN, TX, OH, East coast, FL, WA, CT, VA, AZ, and many more entries............ received a few photos so far, I took my camera with me and left it in the van.
My IN group tried hard and were a little frustrated with me, I took the winch with a short line instead of the long line, DUH, and our weather was not short line weather, but we had a good time, max flight was 6:30 with an OLY ll. Thanks to all that participated. While I was flying I thought about all the guys far and wide that would be doing the same thing I was doing and I liked the feeling it gave me. Maybe next year we can get more countries and clubs involved. Two flyers registered to fly in Mexico City, but I have not received their flight results yet. LJ won last years event so we will see if he captures the Region A Longest Flight in the 100" and over catagory. Deadline for reporting flight scores is sometime tomorrow, Jan 2, 2005. Hope everyone enjoyed being out today and I'll be waiting for the scores.......
